TabTrade Overview - A Look at This New CFD Broker

Tab Trade — The Short Version

TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. CFD broker registered in Saint Lucia, under the FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was on the executive team at BlackBull Markets, the New Zealand-regulated broker.

The BlackBull connection tells you something. It says the person running this has actually done this before. Does not guarantee anything. Still preferable to a founder with no industry background.

They launched with Equinix data centre access in London. Same data centres prime brokers run on. Usually a new brokerage starts with a white-label MT4 setup. TabTrade went the other way. Interesting choice.

The instrument list: FX, stock indices, gold, silver, commodities, shares, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something that launched in March 2026, that range is broad.

The Software

Available: MetaTrader 5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. Many pick one platform. Having both is useful. Use whichever you prefer.

MetaTrader 5 is what most people know. Full charting, Expert Advisors, tons of scripts and indicators. If you have used a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.

cTrader by Spotware is the more modern one. Better DOM. Smoother chart interaction. cBot support. A lot of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.

FIX API is offered for algo traders but requires the VIP account ($25k minimum). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That would make the platform set when it arrives.

What You Pay

Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.

Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. Zero deposit requirement. Suits anyone who does not want to think about commission.

Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. What you actually pay: spread plus $7 per lot round-turn. On majors, the actual interbank spread is frequently under 0.2 pips. Meaning your real cost can be below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for a broker with $0 to start. Most platforms that offer pricing like this want $500 or more to open. Tab Trade has no minimum.

VIP account. $25,000 minimum. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something typical accounts. Do not worry about it unless you run serious volume.

How Fast Are the Fills

The execution is where TabTrade separates from most new launches. Equinix data centres. Under 30ms on Edge. Under 20ms on VIP. These are proper execution targets. Most retail brokers run a much wider range.

Should you care? For short-term trading, absolutely. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you trade higher timeframes, you probably will not feel it. The point is they invested in proper execution. That signals what kind of broker this is.

Combine that infrastructure with 0.0 pip spreads and $7 round-turn and what you get is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit offer execution like this.

The FSRA Question

Now, the part that matters. TabTrade is under Saint Lucia's FSRA. That is offshore. No ASIC. No investor compensation scheme. If operating without FCA or ASIC oversight is a problem for you, this broker is not for you. Plenty of FCA-regulated options out there.

However. The person running it built his career at BlackBull Markets, an FMA-regulated broker. The execution setup is not cheap. Scam brokers do not invest in Equinix connectivity. This does not replace tier-1 regulation. But be part of your decision.

What you are accepting: you trade regulatory safety. What you get instead: high leverage, raw pricing from 0.0 pips, no minimum deposit, Equinix execution. Whether the trade-off is worth it comes down to your priorities.

The Bonus

Tab Trade offers a welcome bonus of up to $2,000. Usual deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade credit extra capital. Standard terms apply: trading volume requirements before the bonus becomes withdrawable. Read the conditions before funding.

Everything in one place, with the full fee table, withdrawal policies, and regulatory here details, is at Trade The Day.
